    A Hot Week for Cagliari

It will be a hot week for Cagliari Cruise Port: a total of seven ships will call between August 13th and 19th, three of which are scheduled to arrive on the 14th.

Today the luxurious Celebrity Reflection will be moored by the Rinascita Pier at noon. The ship, sailing under the Maltese flag, belongs to the American brand Celebrity Cruises of the Royal Caribbean group. Bringing over 2,900 passengers - almost all of them American - and 1,200 crew members, it will be the start of a successful week.

Three cruises will arrive tomorrow: the "habitués" MSC Divina of the MSC Cruises, the elegant Aurora of the English brand P&O and the gorgeous Seven Seas Voyager, of the American company Regent Seven Seas. With more than 10,000 passengers arriving to Cagliari early in the morning, Cagliari Cruise Port is more than ready to host them.

On 15th of August it will be the turn of the Norwegian Spirit with its 3,000 passengers, mainly from the USA.

Punctual to its appointment on Thursday, we will see the Italian Costa Diadema at berth, with over 5,000 people on board. The ship will continue to call Cagliari Cruise Port until the end of September. The second stop of Celebrity Reflection will be the last call of this busy week on Sunday 19th. Cagliari Cruise Port will be closing this successful week with more than 25,000 passengers, awaiting to host them once again at this beautiful city.

Cagliari Cruise Port joined the Global Ports Holding family in 2016 along with other Italian ports located in Catania and Ravenna. The high percentage of "stars and stripes" guests is a tangible indicator of the results achieved through the joint efforts of both teams, as well as the collaboration with the Municipality of Cagliari, the Port System Authority for the promotion and development of the City and of all South Sardinia as a privileged destination in the world cruise market.
