Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and control financial operations across our international locations.
• Engage in all aspects of IFRS reporting and the annual financial forecast.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and consolidated reporting.
• Review, analyze, and interpret KPIs, financial reports, and budget comparisons across our international locations.
• Control and ensure compliance with tax, insurance, and other reports as required by applicable regulation.
• Ongoing development of the financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting in accordance with international best practices.
• Coordinate and develop relationships with finance team members across our international locations to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Review and understand local accounts prepared on local GAAPs and guide local teams on IFRS conversion.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Experience working with financial reporting and consolidation tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion).
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-country finance environment is a plus.
